The Holly Farm’s comprehensive wedding packages are designed to make the planning process fun, smooth and simple. Unlike what you’ll find at
other facilities, we believe in disclosing all of your costs up front.

All of our wedding packages include sleeping accommodations for up to 24 people plus exclusive use of the 7-acre estate!

Choose from our three different Garden Hacienda Wedding Packages:

  • Santa Lucia:  2-night, 3 day package
  • Our more extensive 3-night, 4-day Magnolia package
  • The luxurious 5-night, 6-day Paraiso (Paradise) package

Many planning services are included:

  • Customized weekend schedule provided
  • Wedding day timeline and suggestions
  • Vendor list (work with people we know OR bring in your own!)
  • Beer, wine and liquor order development
  • We hate to say no, but sometimes we have to: NO CORKAGE FEES! NO CAKE CUTTING FEES!
  • Unlimited ice, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea service for each catered party is included in the catering estimate
  • Hundreds of island orchids provided at The Holly Farm’s Stone Guest Bar, on the banquet service Tiki Bar, at the Passion Fruit Grapevine Stone Buffet, in each restroom and in all guest accommodations
  • Maid service daily from 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • On-site parking assistance
  • Gated parking included for up to 250 guests (Shuttles/busses not required)
  • Vendor load-in and direction
  • Day-of-event coordination assistance

Keep in mind that in order to help you eliminate some of the more tedious detail work surrounding your event, The Holly Farm is happy to coordinate your Friday or Saturday evening wedding rehearsal and facilitate your on-site Saturday or Sunday wedding and reception.

PLANNING TIP: Off-set a significant portion of your package expense!  As you budget, don’t forget to factor in your friends’ contributions for staying on-site during your time at The Holly Farm.  Your people want to be with you, They will happily steal away from work to spend a few amazing days
together in Carmel. Even a minimal nightly contribution from on-site
guests will greatly reduce your bottom line.


Local, seasonal, organic, always.  Each menu at The Holly Farm
is created in a private menu consultation with our talented and
experienced chef. We have numerous sample menus from which you can cull ideas and we encourage you to bring in a list of your favorite dishes.
Schedule a private tasting or join us at the complimentary season
open-house tastings exclusively for booked clients. Menus can be as
extravagant as you can dream them to be.

While you are welcome to provide your own food during your
stay (cook on-site in The Adobe Hacienda’s well-equipped kitchen, stock
up the houses as you wish, cook/host your own rehearsal dinner and/or
brunch up to 40 people), we do require clients to use our in-house
catering company for the food and service on the wedding day.  Trust us,
you and your guests are sure to love our amazing chef!

country and around the world, we have compiled a list of some of the best vendors in the industry.  This group espouse our same philosophies
and are familiar with the nuances and expansiveness of the estate.  A
vendor’s comfort with the space simplifies the planning process on your
end. The people on our referral list have strong reputations in their
respective fields and exemplify exceptional quality of work. You are
more than welcome to use vendors that are not listed by The Holly Farm.
